Company and ownership
A private company limited by shares can have 1–50 members. Incorporation starts with name approval, followed by the constitutional documents and company particulars. Directors, signing powers and the place of management should be considered before filing.
Tax: factor in the 2026 reform
The standard corporate income tax rate increased to 15% from 1 January 2026. This is a starting point rather than the final tax cost: income type, deductions, residence, VAT and cross-border payments need separate analysis. Models prepared under the previous rules should be revisited.
Accounts, registers and ongoing obligations
Incorporation is the beginning of running a structure. Establish a calendar for tax and corporate obligations, keep management and ownership records current, and organise accounting and document retention. The official register provides company status and selected registration information.
Banking and actual operations
We recommend preparing the banking file alongside the corporate documents: business model, counterparties, expected payments and source of funds. Before selecting a structure, assess how it fits actual operations and the chosen bank’s requirements. The bank makes the account-opening decision.
Relocation and personal residence
Company ownership, immigration status and tax residence are separate questions. For a personal plan we first map days of presence, family ties and income sources, then align the corporate and immigration steps.

Common questions
Does incorporating a company give me residence?
The appropriate immigration route must be assessed separately from the company structure.
Can I use an older tax model?
Models using the former 12.5% rate need updating for the 2026 rules and the nature of the income.
