Changing a company’s jurisdiction
Company redomiciliation
We assess whether a company can move to another jurisdiction, including companies from Russia and Ukraine. We compare the rules in both jurisdictions, corporate history, liabilities, tax implications and participant restrictions.
Eligibility and the route are assessed individually. Where direct continuation is unavailable, lawful reorganisation or restructuring options are considered separately and agreed with the client as a distinct project.
