Jurisdiction, company formation, tax, banking and contracts need to work together. We start with your business model and map out the steps ahead.

Our focus

A corporate and contractual framework for international operations

03 / Our approach

We look at
the whole picture.

In an international project, the corporate structure affects tax, tax affects payments, and banking requirements shape contracts.

RBI Consult brings these matters into one legal framework and coordinates local advisers, auditors, banks and notaries.

05 / Frequently asked questions

Before we
work together.

The essentials about our services,
working arrangements and getting in touch.

01

How do we get started?

Start by telling us about your matter: who is involved, which countries and assets are concerned, and what you want to achieve. This helps us define the scope, the specialists needed and the right working arrangement.

02

Which jurisdictions do you work with?

The jurisdictions depend on the client’s needs. For local law matters, our work may include coordinating local lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, notaries and other specialists in the relevant country.

03

Can you help with a single matter?

Yes. We can start with a contract, a bank enquiry, a corporate matter or another specific issue. For ongoing work, we offer legal retainer arrangements for businesses.

04

How are fees determined?

Fees depend on the scope, the number of jurisdictions and the work involved. The arrangement and terms are agreed individually. Fixed monthly packages are available for ongoing support.

05

What documents do you need initially?

A brief description and your contact details are enough to get started. We identify the documents needed once we understand your matter. You do not need to submit passports, bank statements or other sensitive materials through this form.

06

Can we agree an NDA before sharing documents?

Where needed, we can agree a non-disclosure agreement before exchanging detailed information and documents. Please mention this when describing your matter.
